Welcome to Mulch Mafia Gardening Services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Mulch Mafia Gardening Services offers the following services:

• Lawn Care: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Garden Maintenance: Weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant Installation: Planting of flowers, hedges/shrubs, and trees.
• Garden Design: Planning, layout, and plant selection.
• Seasonal Planting: Year-round seasonal planting services.

2. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of the services listed above at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is determined based on the quote provided after a garden inspection, unless the client has purchased a subscription-based service (e.g., Weekly Garden Cleanup, Check-Up, Mow). Payment can be made upfront or by depositing into our business account with Westpac.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability and Insurance

We hold public liability insurance to the value of $10,000,000 through QBE Insurance. Mulch Mafia Gardening Services will not be liable for any damage to property, people, or animals that may occur during the execution of our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the garden and property during the service period.
• Being present at the property for the entire duration of the service.
• Providing accurate information about their garden and any special requirements.
• Being prepared to pay for the services on the day they are completed.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Clients will not receive individual notifications about changes to these terms.
